Maybe you've heard about triathlon from someone you know,
or did you catch a glimpse of the Olympics or the
Commonwealth Games on the TV, and now you're wondering
what it's all about… Could I do triathlon?
Races are against the clock and start with a swim, followed by a bike ride,
ending with a run, with transitions in between so you can change kit.
Triathlon is fun, full of friendly people and perfect for all the family and with
varying distances and events, there is something for everyone!
