he UEFA European Championship will have an
inconsistent legacy. There were plenty of moments
of controversy, some decent football, some big
names got done, smaller nations upset the balance
and Christiano Ronaldo threw a reporter’s microphone
into a lake. On the whole, a weird yet still perversely
satisfying experience. Let’s take a look at what we
witnessed in France.
